Key Responsibilities • Represent clients in real estate litigation cases, including disputes involving property ownership, leases, and contracts. • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies. • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. • Advise clients on legal rights and obligations related to real estate transactions. • Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations as necessary. Qualifications • Active membership in the California State Bar Association. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate litigation. • Strong understanding of real estate law and litigation processes. • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
