The PM will be tasked with leading projects using agile principles and will be tasked with planning, facilitating, and running scrum routines (daily scrum, planning, sprints, and retrospective meetings). This candidate will need to track the teams metrics (team velocity, backlog status) and remove impediments while aligning the teams understanding of the projects goals and scope.This role will require regular presentations to C-Suite level executives on the status and progress of projects and so strong communication skills and organization are required.
