The role involves gathering data, conducting analyses on business performance, and strengthening client relationships while managing vendor agreements and compliance documentation. Responsibilities• Analyze vendor activities, costs, forecasts, and operational performance• Manage vendor agreements, including service contracts, pricing updates, etc.• Oversee vendor and client onboarding processes• Document payment terms for forecasting and reporting• Review contracts and related documentation for accuracy and compliance• Oversee vendor and client onboarding processes• Perform data analysis, mining, and cost/benefit assessments• Evaluate findings and provide comprehensive reports to leadership team• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, merchants, and operational teams• Support fiscal reporting processes (monthly, quarterly, annually)• Conduct ad hoc analyses and support special projects as needed• Support operational improvements and make strategic recommendationsSkills• 3+ years of vendor management experience within waste management required• Well-versed negotiating and bidding with waste management/recycling haulers required• Strong Excel and data analysis skills requiredBenefits• Health Insurance• 401k• PTO• Sick TimeCompany Overview• We're better than your recruiter.We're #twiceasnice.
