About the position As the Revenue Management & Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a critical part in managing vendor payments, monitoring revenue growth, and qualifying potential partnerships to support our sales efforts. As we continue to grow our agency team, you will also contribute to onboarding new partners, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this ing and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process. Responsibilities • Process and monitor payments from vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Collaborate with peers to document forecasted revenue and report progress. • Communicate with external partners to ensure compliance with all agreed terms and conditions. • Qualify inquiries from potential partners, assessing their needs and fit for collaboration. • Assist in transitioning qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement. • Support the onboarding of new partners as we expand our agency operations. Requirements • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. • Effective communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Proficiency in revenue tracking and payment processing systems. Nice-to-haves • 3 years of experience working with external partners. • Proficient with Microsoft products especially Excel. • Prior experience in lead generation, client management, or agency operations is a plus.
