Salesforce Administrator
Description RCN Capital, LLC is a national, direct, private lender providing real estate investors with financing for the purchase or refinance of non-owner-occupied single-family & multi-family properties. We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our Technology team and take ownership of the Salesforce platform to optimize use and provide training and support to teams within the organization. As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a vital role in identifying ways to improve and leverage functions within Salesforce as it relates to our Loan Origination process, as well as gathering requirements and feedback from key teams within the company to provide best practices, solutions, and guidance. Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and will have a vested interest in understanding the best ways the system can be used to its fullest extent to meet business objectives. In collaboration with our technology, executive, and sales leadership, the Salesforce Administrator will deliver solutions to scale RCN Capital's business. Responsibilities: • Build, configure, and automate Salesforce solutions based on feedback from users and stakeholders, including custom fields, layouts, and workflows • Develop and implement reports and dashboards within the system allowing for easy to run and interpret information for the business • Manage user accounts and access, ensuring proper access and security for users • Ensure data integrity and quality while making data accurate and accessible • Provide training and support to the organization and use knowledge of the Salesforce program to optimize workflows and processes for different teams • Collaborate with leadership to understand requirements and implement effective solutions • Perform maintenance and routine monitoring to ensure optimization of the Salesforce platform • Complete and update documentation for maintenance and support of the system. Required Skills: • Exemplary communication skills • Ability to interpret business needs and translate them to high leverage technology solutions • In depth knowledge of Salesforce and applications for the program in a business setting • Ability to problem solve at a high level • Ability to follow a solution from inception through implementation and support • Ability to adapt to changing requirements Required Experience: • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator delivering impactful business solutions • Demonstrable experience in translating business requirements to actionable solutions • Experience in implementing Salesforce solutions within real estate or mortgage related industries is a plus Education: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS/MIS/BIS, or related field required • Master's degree in Computer Science, CIS/MIS/BIS, or related field a plus Schedule: • Full time • Monday-Friday, 9AM - 6PM • Hybrid work model Position Requirements Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Shift Days Division RCN Capital Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt Req Number ENG-25-00017 Location Hartford County, CT - RCN EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
