We are looking for a Career Coach to provide one-on-one coaching for our users, helping them navigate career transitions, set career goals, and achieve professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one career coaching sessions for clients looking to switch careers, grow within their current role, or find a new job. Help clients identify their strengths, career interests, and areas for development through personalized coaching. Assist clients with resume building, interview preparation, and developing job search strategies. Offer guidance on career development plans, goal setting, and navigating workplace challenges. Support clients with career transition advice and coaching for job satisfaction and career success. Provide feedback and actionable steps to ensure continuous client progress toward their career goals. Requirements: Proven experience as a Career Coach with a strong understanding of career development processes. Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Ability to provide personalized coaching based on each client's unique needs and career stage. Experience with career coaching tools and methods such as personality assessments, job search strategies, or career development frameworks. Familiarity with resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation. Certification in career coaching (preferred, but not required).
