Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our platform's intelligence, driving innovation, and delivering even greater value to our users. • As a Senior AI Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions. This includes conceptualizing new AI-driven features, conducting thorough research and experimentation, building robust and scalable models, and integrating them seamlessly into our existing product ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to understand business needs and translate them into effective AI strategies. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience, operational efficiency, and competitive edge of our platform. • Key responsibilities will encompass designing and implementing machine learning algorithms for various applications such as predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP) for client communication analysis, recommendation engines for personalized wellness plans, and anomaly detection for practice management insights. You will also be involved in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization, ensuring that our AI solutions are accurate, reliable, and performant. • You will champion best practices in AI development, including MLOps principles, version control for models and data, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for AI workflows. This involves setting up monitoring systems to track model performance in production, identifying drift, and implementing retraining strategies to maintain optimal accuracy over time.
