About the positionResponsibilities• Review commercial property protection, including fire protection and water supply analysis• Conduct onsite visits to assess property and Nat Cat exposures and develop detailed reports to relay conditions and provide recommendations for improvement• Analyze building construction, fire protection features, process operations and special hazards• Work hand in hand with the network of specialized engineers of AXA XL Risk Consulting to serve clients• Build credibility with and create customer satisfaction by demonstrating the value of risk engineering servicesRequirements• Experience with Large Property sites• Robust working knowledge of NFPA Codes, FM Data Sheets, and local requirements• Robust working knowledge of fire protection or willingness to learn• Engineering or Science based undergraduate degree; Chemical Engineering preferred• Ability to apply industry experience to a broad range of customers and projects, consult effectively on a broad range of property risk controls, and identify exposures/assess controls on complex risks• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of underwriting and customer partners• Ability to listen effectively and make sound assessments/conclusions based on review of written procedures, documents, discussions, and observations• Ability to make technical information and recommendations understandable to a broad range of audiences• Ability to communicate in a manner that influences others to accept and act on recommendations• Self-starter, continually looking towards individual development• Capable of managing their schedule and resources, continually assessing workload considering business priorities• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and effectively with internal and external partners• Valid driver's license requiredBenefits• Competitive compensation and personalized, inclusive benefits• Robust support for Flexible Working Arrangements• Enhanced family-friendly leave benefits• Diversity and Inclusion initiatives• Health and wellness programs• Retirement savings plan• Learning opportunities for professional development Apply tot his job
