Our Fortune 500 Healthcare Client in search of compassionate and seasoned Medical Customer Service Rep. to accompany their team! !!! Position:Remote Medical Customer Service Rep. Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus BenefitsPaid Training!!! Equipment ProvidedStart Date: TBASchedule: 8am-8pm EST. Monday through Friday. (Must be able to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours)Responsibilities:• Handle high volume inbound calls. • Outbound calls if depending on department needs. • Provide accurate information to the patient and or the healthcare provider• Assist callers with information and status of their application• Follow a call script• Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller• Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller• Must be able to multitask between several internal system programs• Follow company policies and proceduresJob RequirementsJob Requirements:Must have: Must have 1 year or more of recent call center environment.(NO EXCEPTIONS)• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors• Adhere to all company required KPI'S• Quiet workstation with High-Speed Internet and Modem access REQUIRED. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Active listening and problem-solving ability• Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems)• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• HS Diploma/EquivalentFor Immediate Consideration:Please email your up-to-date resume to [email protected] and mention "Remote CSR" in the email subject line.Apply tot his job
