Position Overview:General Mills is accelerating the Digital Transformation of our Supply Chain. Our vision for Supply Chain Intelligent Execution (IE) is to bring together people, process, and technology with access to real-time information so that they can more quickly sense and analyze risk and opportunity, and make better, more end-to-end decisions.This role will work with dedicated Digital & Technology teams focused on driving data visibility and facilitating our operating model for Business Performance Management (BPM) to make faster and more data-driven end-to-end decisions. These capabilities are used by the entire supply chain to facilitate our performance management processes, drive efficiency in the process, and drive more proactive conversations to deliver value. They are the “voice of the product” to key stakeholders, leading business activation strategy and execution to integrate new capabilities into how we run the business and accelerate adoption of capabilities.The Business Activator will also serve as the business and user champion for the capability team, gathering feedback from business teams and working with the Product Owner and capability team to turn those learnings into actionable opportunities to make the capabilities more impactful. Key Accountabilties:• Lead Change Management plan and activation for Business Performance Management process and tool• Intake enhancement and issue requests from users, triage to the technical team, and follow up with users.• Lead end-user education efforts on digital tools (e.g. user trainings)• Support the Product Owner in collaborating with business teams to identify and gain access to key end users• Help Product Owner and Pod members with prioritization and clarifying tool needs per process guidance, as well as central team and user feedback. • Support the pod with the coordination & facilitation sprint Sponsor Demos and end user feedback sessions• Update L&D materials to ensure they are up to date and accurate for technical changes.MinimumQualifications:5 years experience in supply chain, change management, or digital product roll outsStrong active listening skills and ability to build trust quickly in a global, virtual environmentHigh attention to detail and follow throughStrong digital mindset Apply tot his job
