Responsibilities • Conducting research on potential partners in key markets, globally. • Managing and nurturing strategic partnerships with external stakeholders in the sustainable agriculture space. • Liaising with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, to manage partnership related challenges and identify opportunities. • Facilitating co-creation workshops and proposal development for key funding opportunities. • Collecting data from project owners/partners and report on the progress and impact of partnership initiatives at a global level. • Maintaining database of active and reviewed partners/initiatives, developing streamlined due diligence and onboarding processes for new partners. • Drafting and maintaining project and partnership governance documents. Requirements • Bachelor's degree required in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field • 3+ years of experience in international agricultural supply chains and/or food systems sustainability initiatives • Track record of successfully developing and managing external partnerships • Excellent research and analytical skills for evaluating potential partners • Project management expertise with ability to track multiple initiatives simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with stakeholder management across different sectors (NGOs, government, private sector) • Proficiency with data collection, analysis, and impact reporting • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States Nice-to-haves • Master's degree preferred in Sustainable Agriculture, International Development, or Environmental Management • Experience working in or with the food and beverage industry • Knowledge of corporate sustainability programs and ESG reporting • Experience with grant writing or funding proposals • Foreign language proficiency relevant to PepsiCo's key agricultural markets • Familiarity with agricultural certification schemes and standards Benefits • The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000. • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually. • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. • In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
