YouTube Influencer Marketing & Strategic Partnerships Manager - Contract to Hire

We need a person focused on influencer marketing / strategic partnerships** Overview: We’re looking for an experienced **Influencer Marketing & Strategic Partnerships Manager** to lead and scale brand collaborations across our YouTube channel(s). Our audience and content strategy are already established and growing this role is **not** responsible for SEO, channel management, paid media buying, or content production. Instead, this role focuses on **people-driven monetization**: building relationships with brands, founders, CMOs, and partnership teams; structuring high-impact influencer collaborations; and turning our influence into long-term strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate understands how brands think about influencer marketing, can package creator inventory into compelling partnership offerings, and knows how to close deals that feel authentic to the audience. Key Responsibilities: • Own and grow **influencer marketing and brand partnership revenue** across YouTube • Identify, pitch, and close **influencer-led brand collaborations** and strategic partnerships • Build direct relationships with **brands, founders, influencer marketing teams, and agencies** • Develop influencer partnership packages (integrations, product placements, recurring features, long-term ambassador deals, series sponsorships, etc.) • Act as the primary point of contact for partners from first conversation through renewal • Negotiate partnership structures, pricing, timelines, and deliverables • Collaborate internally to ensure sponsored content aligns with brand voice and audience trust • Track partnership performance, partner satisfaction, and repeat deal potential • Continuously refine partnership strategy based on audience response and market demand What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in **influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or strategic partnerships** • Strong understanding of **creator-led marketing** and how brands evaluate influencer ROI • Experience selling **influencer collaborations**, not programmatic ads or paid media • Existing relationships with brands, influencer marketing teams, or agencies is a strong plus • Comfortable owning the full partnership lifecycle: outreach → pitch → close → expansion • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to translate audience influence and credibility into brand value Explicitly *Not* This Role: • ❌ SEO or channel optimization • ❌ Paid media buying or traffic acquisition • ❌ Day-to-day YouTube channel management • ❌ Content production or editing Nice to Have: • Experience working with creators, media companies, or influencer-first brands • Familiarity with long-term influencer partnerships, ambassador programs, and equity-style collaborations • Experience structuring multi-video or recurring influencer integrations • Background in tech, AI, or premium consumer brands Success in This Role Looks Like: • Consistent growth in influencer and partnership revenue • Long-term, repeat brand relationships (not one-off deals) • Partnerships that feel authentic and aligned with the audience • Clear visibility into deal pipeline, partner performance, and renewals How to Apply: Please share: • A brief overview of your experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships • Examples of brands or partnerships you’ve worked on • Your perspective on which industries or brands are the best fit for a channel focused on **AI and high-end tech lifestyle** Apply tot his job
