Director, Healthcare Operations (Logistics)

JOB SUMMARY:The Director of Healthcare Operations will focus efforts on managing the operational aspects of the healthcare business within Hilldrup. This person will be judged on the overall success of these projects, which is to include customer satisfaction and profitability. This person will oversee operations, pricing, scope of work, client presentations and setting up the appropriate team to manage this business. This role ensures that all projects are properly scoped, contracted, priced, delivered on time, within scope and budget, while achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction, compliance and service excellence.This position will collaborate cross functionally to develop, manage and continuously improve healthcare-specific processes and deliverables. QULIFCATIONSRequiredEducation:Recommended four-year degree from an accredited university, preferably with a concentration in marketing, sales and/or business.RequiredExperience:Five to seven years of healthcare relocation project management experienceLicense/Certification:None required:PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Primary Work Location:Works in an office and in healthcare and laboratory environments. Physical Demands:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Planned long days on project sites overseeing vendors and crews. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
