Job Overview and Key Responsibilities As an experienced Airport Customer Service Representative and Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of customer baggage and cargo. This is an entry-level position, and our leaders are dedicated to providing mentorship and support to help you advance your career. Your daily tasks will include: Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, as well as guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions to ensure timely connections. Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. Our work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including early morning and overnight shifts, and you will be expected to be flexible and adaptable in response to changing operational needs. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Authorization to work in the United States. A valid driver's license. Proficiency in English. The ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal. In addition to these essential qualifications, you will need to be at least 18 years of age and be able to consistently prioritize the safety and security of yourself, others, and personal data. You will also need to be able to embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles, and be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
