Key Responsibilities Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements Assist in creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders Assist in investigating critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibility Presentation of insights, trends, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the analysis to facilitate stakeholder understanding Assist in developing and distributing specific queries to pull and integrate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and validating the need of the data requirements Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and methods by monitoring for trends and anomalies Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision May perform other work duties as directed by the team leader Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analysis, quality control, or a related discipline. You will also need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze complex data with attention to detail and accuracy.
