About the Role We are seeking experienced Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Experts to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Essential Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience High school graduate or GED equivalent Ability to type 25 words per minute Comfort with desktop computer systems Proven oral and written communication skills Logical problem-solving skills Availability to work various shifts Ability to use Windows operating systems Organization and work prioritization skills Preferred Qualifications 6 months of call center experience 6 months of sales experience Superior negotiating skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong listening skills Work from Home Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a dedicated workspace that is clean, quiet, and free from distractions.
