Job Overview This is a 6-month contract position, and the successful candidate will be working remotely, operating on Central Standard Time (CST) hours. The standard working hours for this role are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with two 15-minute breaks throughout the day. As a call center customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with information, resolving complaints, and offering solutions to their queries. Key Responsibilities Process orders, quotes, and assist team members with their workload, ensuring seamless customer service delivery. Utilize SAP for data entry and quoting, leveraging your expertise to efficiently manage customer interactions. Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals, demonstrating a strong team-oriented mindset. Run reports in SAP, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions. Assist with debits, credits, and tracking shipments, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have: Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP (Data Entry, quoting) and Office 365. Self-motivated and team-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. High school diploma or GED preferred. 1-2 years of customer service related experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience are highly desirable: Microsoft Excel experience, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights. S/4 Hana Experience, demonstrating your expertise in SAP and its applications.
