**Experienced Claims Customer Service Representative – Automotive Warranty Coverage and Claims Support**

You'll be responsible for answering internal and external phone and email inquiries, providing information and explanations on our various levels of contract coverage and claims processes, and working collaboratively with our Claims Adjudication Department to ensure seamless resolution of claims. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply! **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze information in our Vehicle Service Contract and claims system to advise customers of the appropriate benefit amounts * Request and distribute internal information to aid the Claims Adjudication Department * Answer phone and email inquiries and provide information and explanations on the various levels of contract coverage and claims processes * Manage workflow, process, and complete all requests and documents according to established procedures * Collaborate with management and coworkers in a friendly team environment, utilizing camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management * Perform other job duties as assigned **Key to Success** * Minimum High School graduate or GED required * Strong organizational and customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve and multitask * Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with contract holders, agents, dealers, internal staff/upper management, and customers * Proficient working on a PC, with a working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new programs quickly * Type at least 35 wpm and document information while discussing the claim over the phone * Automotive Service Department experience preferred, with a strong understanding of warranty administration and claims processes **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, agents, and dealers * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction * Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation * Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to investing in our employees' growth and development.
