About the Role We're looking for a Contract Customer Service Representative to engage with arenaflex members, helping them find the right healthcare for their needs, understand how our program works, and assist them in getting their eligible claims paid. As a member of our team, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional support via phone, chat, and email. You'll become an expert on arenaflex's product, operations, and the needs of our members, ensuring that every interaction is informative, empathetic, and solution-focused. Key Responsibilities Deliver amazing service to our members via phone, chat, and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefit and find the right provider for their needs Follow documented best practices for handling member inquiries and suggest process improvements as you identify them Manage and organize your workload using arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, ensuring that every member receives the support they need in a timely and efficient manner Retail a detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends Relay member feedback to leadership teams to improve arenaflex's solution, contributing to our mission to transform the healthcare economy Candidate Profile To succeed in this role, you'll need a passion for helping people solve their problems, thinking creatively and empathetically. You should have experience working in a customer-facing environment, demonstrating your ability to stay calm under pressure and communicate effectively.
