**Experienced Customer Account Support Specialist – Remote Collections Role**

Our core values are the foundation of our culture, and we're committed to living them every day: * **Integrity**: We do the right thing, even when no one is watching. * **Innovation**: We're always looking for new ways to improve and grow. * **Inclusion**: We celebrate our differences and create a welcoming environment for everyone. * **Service**: We put our customers first and strive to exceed their expectations. * **Success**: We're driven to achieve our goals and make a positive impact. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Account Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Contacting customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and negotiating payments. * Handling accounts with speed and accuracy while maintaining professionalism. * Confirming and/or negotiating payment arrangements, researching any discrepancies. * Completing phone calls to meet required performance standards and metrics. * Maintaining established objectives for delinquency, repossessions, and net losses; staying informed of changes in policies and procedures. * Using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. * Documenting all accounts accurately, clearly, and concisely noting the reason for delinquency. * Responding with accurate information pertinent to the callers' questions using professionalism and integrity. * Adhering to all state and federal laws in the handling of accounts. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills. * Attention to detail. * Professional phone etiquette. * Good follow-up skills. * Persuasive negotiation skills. * Microsoft Windows and Internet-based applications experience required. * Basic typing/data entry skills. * Ability to multi-task. * Ability to work a five-day workweek, including some Saturdays. **Education & Experience** While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, we encourage candidates with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or a related field to apply.
