Our Customer Experience Design organization is at the forefront of this effort, working to create best-in-class experiences for our customers and employees. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Design Co-Op, you will provide support to deliver best-in-class products, services, and experiences to arenaflex's global customer and employee bases. Your responsibilities will include: * Conducting market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement * Analyzing data to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes * Developing and presenting business cases and recommendations to stakeholders * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new experiences * Creating and maintaining presentations, reports, and other visual materials to communicate ideas and results * Providing support for event planning, marketing, and communication initiatives * Assisting with the development of business cases and executive communications **Opportunities to Support** You will have the opportunity to support one of the following areas within the Customer Experience Design organization: * The Service Recovery Team, which focuses on improving the employee and customer experience by enabling frontline teams to deliver premium experiences * The Onboard Brand Experience Team, which leads the design and development of interior products and onboard amenities * The Uniform Brand Experience Team, which manages the product management and operational program management of Delta frontline employee uniforms * The Inflight Entertainment Wi-Fi Team, which leads onboarding new/existing Wi-Fi providers and next-generation product innovation design and development * The Inflight Entertainment Delta Sync Seatback Team, which creates Delta's future IFE strategy and product roadmap **What You Need to Succeed** To be successful in this role, you will need: * To be available for three alternating semesters * To be enrolled in an accredited college or university during program duration * Experience in research analysis, deck building/presentations, project coordination, and communications * Demonstrated organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs * Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills * Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel; knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive experience is preferred * Willingness/ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills * Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data * Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles * Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency * Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States **What Will Give You a Competitive Edge** To take your skills to the next level, you should: * Be able to tackle multiple projects at once, adhering to different timelines and working with many cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and consistency within each project * Be able to develop effective presentations that help tell a story and present an idea/recommendation to leaders in an efficient and effective manner * Desire to learn leadership techniques and best practices in problem-solving and conflict resolution to enable innovation and progress on difficult-to-solve challenges **Additional Best Practices** In this role, you should: * Be able to listen and learn from people with many different perspectives * Be able to handle shifting priorities that come from the business needs * Be high performing and interested in driving for results * Be open to mentoring and learning as a method to grow and improve **Co-op Program Outline** Our Co-op program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience that combines work and education. You will spend three alternating semesters working full-time at arenaflex and enrolled in courses at your university.
