Key Responsibilities Data entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards. Updating and maintaining records: Ensure that all records are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Operating office equipment: Utilize a wide range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers, to perform tasks efficiently and effectively. Communicating with clients: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Qualifications Great communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing. Experience using computers and software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with other software applications. Experience using basic standard office equipment: Familiarity with photocopiers, computers, printers, and other office equipment. QuickBooks knowledge: Preferred experience with QuickBooks, or willingness to learn and adapt to new systems. Typing speed: Ability to type at least 50 words per minute, with high accuracy and attention to detail. High school diploma: Minimum educational requirement, with equivalent experience or higher education an asset. Teamwork and collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and management. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or data entry: Relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced features and functions. QuickBooks certification: Certification in QuickBooks, or willingness to pursue certification. Experience with remote work: Previous experience working remotely, with ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
