About This Job We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a Technical Program Manager, you will utilize your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the organization. Your ability to explain technical concepts and suggestions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in driving project success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Designers to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC) Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive progress Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent reasonable experience 3 years of experience in program management 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating data sets using SQL Preferred Qualifications 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical, data perception, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, drive process improvement, and make data-driven decisions will be essential in driving project success.
