Experienced Customer Service and Operations Leader - Virtual and Fulfillment Expertise for Dynamic Team Management and Customer Satisfaction

About the Role In this critical role, you will lead a team of hourly workforce and be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations, ensuring that customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location. Our operations workflow has three major components: First mile, where the product is housed and ready for order; Middle mile, where the order is hauled to your area; and Last mile, when the product is delivered to the customer's door. Key Responsibilities Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve operational excellence Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach in a fast-paced environment Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts and work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments) Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage your team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction Physical ability to lift, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, with the ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a virtual or fulfillment operations environment Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and customer delivery principles and practices Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Leadership and Team Management : Ability to lead and manage a team of hourly workforce, with a focus on motivation, engagement, and development Communication and Interpersonal : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders Problem-Solving and Analytical : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Safety and Quality : Strong knowledge of safety and quality principles and practices, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
