**Experienced Customer Service Associate – Amazon Locker+ Retail Locations**

You'll be the face of arenaflex, connecting with customers, and providing personalized support to ensure their experience is nothing short of exceptional. Our associates go beyond just assisting with customer orders; they build relationships, resolve issues, and make a lasting impact on our customers' lives. **Key Responsibilities** Some of your key duties may include: * Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery * Assisting customers with questions and concerns * Working through problem-solving scenarios to resolve customer issues * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace * Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site * Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receiving truck deliveries **Physical Demands and Requirements** As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll need to be able to: * Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation * Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation * Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around * Go up and down stairs (where applicable) * Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week **What it's like at Amazon Locker+ locations** * Safety: Your safety is our top priority, and we provide a safe working environment. * Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and may be located in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse. * Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages. * Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments. * Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you'd expect in a grocery store. * Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety.
