Key Responsibilities Analyze information in Vehicle Service Contracts and claims systems to advise customers on the appropriate benefit amounts. Request and distribute internal information to aid the Claims Adjudication Department. Answer phone and email inquiries, providing information and explanations on various levels of contract coverage and claims processes. Manage workflow, process, and complete all requests and documents according to established procedures. Collaborate effectively with team members, working in a friendly and supportive team environment. Interact and communicate with management and coworkers in a visible manner, utilizing camera technology for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.
