Job Overview The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer service, supporting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, and assisting with branch and rental needs. Through local training and hands-on experience, the successful candidate will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a fast-paced airport environment. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Take incoming calls, managing reservations, rate quotes, and general questions, while providing information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors Manage outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivable, and miscellaneous calls as assigned Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, assessing their rental needs, and providing directions and general assistance as needed Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Effectively market arenaflex services, promoting optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment to customers Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, including research and billing support tasks, accounts receivable, transfer and key logs, and supply maintenance Maintain a clean and safe working environment, cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed, and performing miscellaneous backup duties as assigned Essential Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by arenaflex for this position now or in the future Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Must have worked 12 (twelve) months or more at most recent employer Preferred Qualifications Experience working late nights preferred Previous experience in the automotive rental industry or a related field is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
