Job Overview This part-time remote position is based in Nashville, TN, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $13.00. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, supporting customers via email and live chat, and using internal communication software to interact with your teammates and other departments. You will also have the opportunity to learn our internal management system, process sales orders, and maintain customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat, ensuring prompt and personalized responses to their queries and concerns. Learn and utilize our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders, maintain customer relationships, and optimize each customer's experience. Use internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution. Who You Are We are looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work, is passionate about our brand, and is excited to build strong relationships with our customers. You should be a creative and innovative problem solver, able to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer issues. As a sensitive and skillful communicator, you should be able to adapt your tone and communication style to suit different audiences and situations. Essential Qualifications Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and access to your router. Have a quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal noise, where you can fulfill your shifts without distractions. Able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT, including evenings and weekends, and during the holiday season. Highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision, while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of productivity. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual setting. Experience working from home or in a remote environment, with a proven track record of self-motivation and discipline. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, teammates, and other stakeholders. You should be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
