Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to resolve technical issues, answer how-to questions, and provide product expertise, ensuring timely and accurate solutions. Deliver a "human-first" experience, providing empathetic and personalized support through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and industry trends, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, providing clients with tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs and drive business growth. Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management, to ensure seamless client experiences and drive business outcomes. Contribute to the development of best practices, process improvements, and knowledge base articles, sharing expertise and insights with the team to enhance overall performance. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Communications. Minimum 2 years of experience in providing Software as a Service (SaaS) customer support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences. Strong technical foundation, with familiarity with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript. Experience with helpdesk software, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow, and proficiency in navigating multiple support platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a leadership or mentoring role, with a proven ability to guide and support team members. Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, and experience with agile methodologies. Certifications in customer support, technical writing, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
