Job Overview The Customer Service Representative is a vital role at arenaflex, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care, managing the cash register, restocking goods, tidying the store, and fulfilling additional tasks as directed by the Store Manager to enhance store revenue and ensure customer satisfaction while safeguarding company resources. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer care by warmly welcoming and assisting patrons Use the cash register and scanner to list and calculate the cost of the customer's items, receive payments, provide correct change, package the products, and offer assistance with selecting items when required Adhere to established procedures for handling company products; unpack items, manage inventory, replenish shelves, and arrange product showcases Perform cleaning duties such as store tidying, waste disposal, dusting, and floor mopping, in addition to maintaining restroom and receiving areas, and assisting with the arrangement of outdoor displays Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and ensure excellent customer service Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient in basic mathematical skills, have a strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures, and be able to interpret and adhere to planograms and guidelines for merchandise display.
