Responding to text messages and resolving customer inquiries promptly to ensure timely communication. Troubleshooting any issues and escalating them when necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules to ensure all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed. Monitoring the crew's group chat during peak hours to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed. Regularly checking and responding to company emails to ensure prompt communication with customers and internal team members. Responding to guest reviews in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive reputation for arenaflex.
