Job Overview In this full-time Merchant Services role, you will be working as a key member of the arenaflex team, reporting to the Merchant Services Manager. As a specialist-level individual contributor, you will be responsible for demonstrating best practices in issue resolution, metrics monitoring, and driving other individual contributors through coaching and offering daily functional support. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients and partners have a positive experience when interacting with arenaflex.
