Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing callers with clear and accurate information about program eligibility criteria * Guiding applicants through the Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF application processes * Processing workflow documents, including income, identity, and other eligibility verification documents * Accepting new knowledge of policy and procedures concerning state programs and integrating it with resource materials to answer client concerns * Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing client concerns with patience and professionalism * Documenting interactions, notating applications, and working across multiple systems to process eligibility * Maintaining a high standard of confidentiality **Work Environment Requirements** As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, providing a dedicated, quiet, and professional work environment free from distractions. A reliable high-speed internet connection is required, as all computer equipment will be provided.
