About the Role: Luxury Retail Customer Service Representative If you have a passion for exquisite, personalized service and consider yourself a fashionista, this role is tailor-made for you. You'll support customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand, leveraging your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to provide white-glove treatment. Your day will be filled with answering incoming communications, conducting research to resolve customer issues, and making recommendations to close sales. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat Conduct research to provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries Make recommendations for products or services to resolve customer issues and close sales Utilize your fashion sense and knowledge of high-end brands to provide personalized support Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues What You Bring to the Table: To succeed in this role, you'll need: An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture 1 year or more of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent work experience Proven problem-solving skills to resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues Computer experience and proficiency in using various software applications High-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer A USB wired headset (or equivalent) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android Essential Qualifications: In addition to the above requirements, you'll need to be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing situations. A positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are must-haves for this role.
