Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls from patients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and helpful information regarding prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve patient inquiries efficiently Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of medications and exceptional patient support Consistently demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions, providing a positive and supportive experience for our patients Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. Strong computer skills and a passion for helping others are essential, as well as the ability to work in a Windows or Microsoft application environment. You must also live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, Illinois, and be available to work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST.
