What You'll Be Doing As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your primary role will be to provide exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Identifying and Escalating Priority Issues : Use your judgment to identify priority issues and escalate them to high-level management when necessary. Recording Customer Interactions : Accurately record details of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and feedback. In terms of qualifications, we're looking for: 1 Year of Customer Service-Related Experience (preferred): Previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable. 1 Year of Call Center Experience (preferred): If you have experience working in a call center environment, that's a definite plus. Basic Knowledge of Computers (required): You should be comfortable using computers and have basic navigation skills, including typing, copy/paste, and opening tabs. Excellent Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling (required): Strong written communication skills are essential for this role. Residency in One of the Following States : You must live in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
