Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity, working from the comfort of your own home within the Central or Eastern Time Zone. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing an excellent customer experience, quickly and accurately identifying and accessing individual customer needs, and taking appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs. Primary Responsibilities Provide an excellent customer experience by handling incoming calls on the arenaflex Rewards Program, identifying and communicating technical troubleshooting steps for activity trackers and the arenaflex App and website, and answering questions on program earnings and points. Educate customers about program benefits and changes, and respond to customers in a compassionate, polite, and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations. Assist customers in navigating arenaflexmotion.com and other activity tracker apps, and consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience Ability to work our normal business hours of 6:55am – 3:25pm CST, with occasional overtime or weekends as needed Preferred Qualifications Customer Service, call center experience Experience with technical troubleshooting Health Care/Insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design) Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications Telecommuting Requirements To be eligible for this remote opportunity, you must: Reside within the Central or Eastern Time Zone Have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy Have a reliable high-speed internet connection Be able to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a hourly range of $16.00 - $28.27 per hour, depending on experience and location. In addition to your salary, you will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution.
