Job Overview In this role, you will be working remotely from the comfort of your own home, engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics. As a remote employee, you must remain a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to inbound calls and other communication platforms, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, and following up as needed to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities: Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to provide exceptional customer service and support Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, adhering to high safety and regulatory standards Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve customer service delivery Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments What You'll Need To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company values and culture.
