Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Must live in the state of Oklahoma full-time, with a reliable and consistent internet connection (25 mbps or higher) and a dedicated workspace with a direct connection to the router. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to efficiently manage customer interactions and transactions. Experience in a highly transactional call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues. Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and think creatively to address customer concerns. High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and time management. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in a remote work environment, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Knowledge of claims research and processing, with experience in a healthcare or insurance setting. Experience with customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools.
