Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via live chat or email to resolve their problems and answer their questions in a timely and professional manner Continuously learn about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to provide accurate and helpful support to our customers Summarize product feedback from merchants and suggest new ways of improving our app to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth Perform non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests Collaborate with our team to develop and implement customer support processes and systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess superb written and verbal communication skills, a passion for helping people, and the ability to handle challenging customer situations. You should be proficient in discussing technical concepts at a high level and be comfortable working with basic CSS and JS. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes is essential, as is the ability to write technical documentation and articles.
