Key Responsibilities Resolve customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and effective solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Complete projects assigned by the support manager, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach to your work. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the arenaflex system, leveraging your technical skills and knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems. Follow up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved, ensuring that all issues are addressed and closed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Complete call logs and reports, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and support activities. Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends and issues in customer calls, contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes and services. Recommend process improvements, sharing your ideas and insights to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth. Develop and maintain expertise in the arenaflex platform, helping our customers and candidates understand the value of our technology and maximizing its potential to drive their success. Document and manage cases for each support interaction, ensuring that all issues are properly tracked, resolved, and closed. Essential Qualifications Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, candidates, and colleagues at all levels. Positive attitude and drive to always be improving, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Expert reading and writing skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex information and ideas. Proficient with technology, able to learn how to troubleshoot technical issues while navigating multiple systems and platforms. 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, with experience in a technical support role being a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful, with a proactive and results-driven approach to resolving complex customer issues. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Experience communicating with customers preferred, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. Flexible schedule, with the ability to work nights and weekend hours as required. Requires US Citizenship to work in this position, with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the US.
