**Experienced Data Engineer – Cloud-Based Data Pipeline Development and Support**

Our Data Science + Mix (DDSI) association is dedicated to supporting clients across the arenaflex organization, including the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products division, which encompasses Parks and Resorts, both domestic and international, Consumer Products and Disney Consumer Products & Interactive Media, as well as the Disney Entertainment division, which includes Studios Content (Disney Theatrical Productions), General Entertainment Content, and ESPN and Sports Content. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team and help us develop and sustain data pipelines and systems that drive business value. As a Data Engineer, you'll work closely with our Choice Science, Client, and Innovation colleagues on various projects, including data pipeline development, data set design, and data visualization. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines, as well as ensuring data quality, security, and compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and sustain data pipelines and systems that drive business value * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines and systems * Design, implement, and maintain data sets, including data schema, data modeling, and data visualization * Ensure data quality, security, and compliance * Develop and maintain automated workflows and schedulers * Work with large datasets and big data technologies, including cloud-based platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Develop and maintain cloud-based data pipelines and systems, including AWS * Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and maintain data models and visualizations **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field * 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL data pipeline development and support * Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience working with Snowflake and PostgreSQL * Experience with Docker, GitLab, and Wind stream * Strong understanding of data set design and data modeling * Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Proficiency in cloud design and product development, including AWS * Experience overseeing and delivering code using a source control tool like GitLab/GitHub * Experience using Docker and containerization **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the entertainment industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Data Engineer looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
