Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist (Remote) We're looking for a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Specialist to join our e-Filing team. As a remote team member located in Alaska, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. Collaborating closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams, you will work on projects, resolve issues, and strive to meet common goals. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices Investigate discrepancies as they arise, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. While no experience is necessary, data entry experience is a plus, and tech experience is strongly preferred. You should be able to read, write, and speak English fluently, hold a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
