The Data Entry Clerk will capture data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner, identify and correct errors, and bring these to the attention of relevant parties as needed. The key responsibilities of this role include: Gathering reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients. Scanning through information to identify pertinent details, correcting errors, and organizing the information for swift and accurate data capture. Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering and updating information into relevant databases. Ensuring data is backed up and informing relevant parties regarding any errors encountered. Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval and handling additional duties as required. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or a related role. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to learn other software applications as needed. Proficient touch typing skills and the ability to concentrate for lengthy periods while performing accurately with adequate speed.
