**Experienced Full Cycle Recruiter – Customer Excellence Organization**

Our team is passionate about fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, and we're looking for someone who embodies these values. **Key Responsibilities** As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for all levels of our Customer Excellence organization. This will include: * Partnering with and advising hiring managers and hiring teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience * Developing a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management * Participating in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events * Leading or contributing to multiple internal arenaflex projects * Other responsibilities as assigned **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles * Success in hiring evergreen and single-threaded roles * Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process * Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships * Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience * Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse) * Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience with recruitment marketing and branding * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders * Experience with recruitment software and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
