**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Insurance Policy Support**

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customers' insurance policies. You will assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications.
