The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and auditing employee files, uploading and managing employee documents on ADP's Document Cloud from our SharePoint site, developing and implementing efficient processes for file management and retrieval, and reorganizing HR administrative electronic folders. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills. **Responsibilities** As an HR Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following: * Organize and audit employee files to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. * Upload and manage employee documents on ADP's Document Cloud from our SharePoint site. * Develop and implement efficient processes for file management and retrieval. * Reorganize HR administrative electronic folders and establish a consistent naming convention for easy file access. * Ability to find and organize both paper and online documents relating to employees and HR processes. * Collaborate with HR staff to identify and address any discrepancies or gaps in documentation. * Communicate progress and updates to the HR team regularly. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a focus on file organization and compliance. * Familiarity with SharePoint is essential. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Exceptionally detail-oriented yet fast-paced. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Good communication skills to liaise effectively with HR team members. * Creative problem-solver with a fast-learning ability and adaptability to new systems. * Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is preferred. * Ability to work independently with little supervision or guidance while managing multiple tasks. * Proven clerical or administrative skills * Proficient and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software. * Knowledge of rules, standards, and online security regarding file organization and maintenance. **Skills** * Entering Data * Data Entry * Handling Confidential Information * ADP-HR **Work Schedule** This is a part-time role, with flexible hours and remote work options after the training phase. The specific schedule and contract duration will be determined based on project needs. You must live near D.C for the required in-person training week. If you cannot make it to D.C for one week, please do not apply. **Compensation and Benefits** The salary for this role is $23 - $25 per hour, with a first shift schedule from 8 AM - 4 PM.
