Job Summary As an HR Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing clerical support to our Human Resources department, with a primary focus on organizing and auditing employee files to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. You will work closely with our HR staff to identify and address any discrepancies or gaps in documentation, develop and implement efficient processes for file management and retrieval, and communicate progress and updates to the team regularly. This part-time role offers flexible hours, with the opportunity to work remotely after the initial training phase. Key Responsibilities Organize and audit employee files to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards, including uploading and managing employee documents on ADP's Document Cloud from our SharePoint site. Develop and implement efficient processes for file management and retrieval, including reorganizing HR administrative electronic folders and establishing a consistent naming convention for easy file access. Collaborate with HR staff to identify and address any discrepancies or gaps in documentation, and communicate progress and updates to the team regularly. Find and organize both paper and online documents relating to employees and HR processes, ensuring that all files are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. Work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, and demonstrating exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a focus on file organization and compliance. Familiarity with SharePoint, including the ability to upload and manage documents, and develop and implement efficient processes for file management and retrieval. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional attention to detail, with a fast-paced and proactive approach to work. Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with HR team members and other stakeholders. Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices, including rules, standards, and online security regarding file organization and maintenance. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with ADP's Document Cloud and other HR software systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of data entry principles and practices, including data management and analysis. Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
