Key Responsibilities Handle a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Offer detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving lead generation and revenue growth for our clients. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients have the insights they need to succeed. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable feedback and insights that inform our strategies. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in the industry. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary). Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools. A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful in this fast-paced environment. A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven track record of success. As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be required to attend 4 weeks of training, held Tuesday through Saturday between 10am-6:30pm CST. This comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to excel in this role and drive results for our clients.
