Key Responsibilities Process customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner Secure all trailing documents from customers and ensure that all necessary information is up-to-date Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow up on outstanding issues Complete evidence of insurance requests and provide customers with timely and effective solutions Take premium payments from customers and process transactions accurately and efficiently Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program to promote business growth and development Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Return all phone messages promptly and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements to ensure regulatory adherence and industry standards Generate insurance quotes and provide customers with accurate and competitive pricing information Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Be outstanding at relationship building and develop strong relationships with customers to promote business growth and development Obtain prospect information such as name, address, vehicle information, and enter into quote sheets to promote sales and business development Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers and promote business growth and development Provide on-going support to insurance clients as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Attend training and continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices Handle customer renewals and ensure that all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable. Preferred Qualifications A Property & Casualty insurance license is required for this role. Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is also beneficial, although not required. No prior experience in the insurance industry is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success.
